Internationalization competencies of  German service providers - A case study of German vocational training providers

  • The PhD project will focus on studying existing internationalization capabilities / competencies and resources of educational service providers in Germany. The scientific examination process will test how exporting and non-exporting service providers evaluate their internationalization capabilities and resources as well as the perception of the importance of internationalization capabilities. The institutional support system will be used as a moderating variable towards export readiness.
