Prof. Dr. Utz Dornberger (University of Leipzig, Director of SEPT)

Prof. Dr. Dornberger is the Director of the SEPT Program and has a Professorship in development economics. His academic and professional focus lies especially on innovation in SMEs, innovation policy, entrepreneurship promotion and internationalization processes.

Dr. Ute Rietdorf (Senior Research Assistant, University of Leipzig)

Dr. Rietdorf is in charge of the modules regarding research methodology and social capital. She is also the supervisor of the research projects that students have to accomplish during the third term. 

Dr. Frank Waeltring (Consultant, Mesopartner)

Mr. Waeltring is an economist and expert in local economic development. He has been working in a large number of SME promotion projects around the world. At SEPT, he teaches management tools for the promotion of local economic development. 

Christine Tonscheidt  (Administrative and Organization)

Ms. Tonscheidt is in charge of the contact with potential students and she is also the contact person for academic issues and formalities for the MBA Program in Leipzig and Hanoi. She holds a degree in interpreting and translation and has worked in the past as a Program Manager in a development NGO.

Dr. Noor Un Nabi (Students' Tutor/Lecturer/Research Assistant)

Mr. Nabi's research interests include internationalization of the firms and global value chain. He conducts lectures on 'globalization and the SMEs' and 'internationalization of the SMEs'. He supports the students in the development of the research projects and completion of the masters theses.

J. Alfredo Suvelza G. (Director of the Alumni Program/Research Assistant)

Mr. Alfredo Suvelza is in charge of the Alumni Network SEPneT (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Promotion Network) and of the coordination of short-term trainings abroad. Besides being a teaching assistant, he is also responsible for the e-tools and websites.

Dr. Nguyen Thi Mai Anh (Hanoi University of Technology, Director of SEPT in Vietnam) 

Dr. Nguyen Thi Mai Anh is the Director of the SEPT Program in Vietnam. Her academic and professional specialized in marketing, market research and economic and financial analysis for investment projects.

Dr. Nghiem Sy Thuong (Chief of Financial Management, Hanoi University of Technology) 

Dr. Nghiem Sy Thuong is one of financial experts. He has long-age teaching experience in this field. He is also supervisor of the research projects that students have to accomplish during the third term.

Dr. Nguyen Danh Nguyen (Deputy Manager of Faculty of Economics and Management,  Hanoi University of Technology) 

Mr. Nguyen Danh Nguyen is in charge of the module regarding human resources management. He is also supervisor of the research projects that students have to accomplish during the third term. 

MBA. Nguyen Tien Dzung (Chief of Business Administration Department, Hanoi University of Technology)

Mr. Nguyen Tien Dzung is in charge of the modules regarding research methodology, data analysis and business simulation games. He is also supervisor of the research projects that students have to accomplish during the third term. 

MBA. Nguyen Tai Vuong (Lecturer, Hanoi University of Technology) 

Mr. Nguyen Tai Vuong is in charge of the module regarding development economics and managerial economics. He is also supervisor of the research projects that students have to accomplish during the third term. 

MBA. Nguyen Thi Bich Tam 

Ms. Bich Tam is in charge of the modules regarding research methodology, project management. She has 13 years of experience in training, consulting and managing micro-finance, health and capital instruction programmes, promoting small and medium enterprises and researching market.

MBA. Do Hoai Nam

Mr. Hoai Nam is in charge of the module presentation skill. His majority is business strategy, human resource management, soft skills as leadership management, time management and others.
