The 8th SEPneT International Workshop “Innovation Management in SMEs in ASIA” took place in Hanoi, Vietnam. Divided in two parts, the first two days consisted of internal training and updating sessions to depict the successful experiences in Central America, ensuring the engaged participation of the Asian members in the new projects, which were backed one month before in the last SEPneT Workshop in Honduras. The second part was dedicated to broadening the network through new linkages: external local experts active in SME promotion and business services participated in further training sessions and contributed to forge new initiatives for cooperation.

As expected, the Vietnamese members and external participants did not hesitate to trigger new ideas and commit themselves to reinforce the initiatives form the other side of the globe. The strong presence of the SEPT International Program in the SMEs promotion and training scenario in Hanoi supports SEPneT for achieving tighter project integration between Asian members and alumnae form other continents.
